Security Design & Auditing
Independent security design and auditing that anticipates threats and builds in resilience from day one.
Security design is the discipline of planning how to protect what matters, before something goes wrong. MCMS combines physical security engineering, CPTED principles and structured auditing to design systems that deter, detect, delay and respond.
Security Design Consultation
Threat assessment, review of existing measures and recommendations that raise protection to the level the site actually requires.
Physical Security Design
Layered systems, barriers, access control and procedures, engineered to stop unauthorised access to your property and assets.
Security Modernisation
Bring legacy systems up to current standards without disrupting operations, retiring the risks that come with obsolete equipment.
CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design)
Safer environments through territoriality, natural surveillance, access control, activity support and maintenance.
Project Monitoring
We oversee security projects end-to-end, reviews, QA and risk checks, so implementation matches the design.
Site Auditing
Independent assessment of systems and practices, with clear recommendations to close the gaps we find.
We examine the site against the standard, not against the vendor's description of the site. Findings come with the evidence attached, scored by severity, in a form you can act on or hand to an auditor. That includes the findings nobody wants: we have recommended against buildings that had already cleared the commercial process. MCMS was trusted to design and manage physical security across 102 buildings in 64 countries.
Nobody rings up asking for cost management. They ring up about one of these.
