← What we fix
Audit and client acceptance

You know how you struggle to verify that your standard is actually being applied the same way globally and regionally.

Kit installed above specification on some sites, below it on others, and no way to see which from head office.

Spares held against requirements nobody can point to.

Acceptance signed off by the people who did the installation.

What we do

Our audit teams attend your sites and verify acceptance in person, against your written standard, clause by clause.

In-person site verification

A named auditor, on site, checking installed reality against the standard — not reviewing a completed form.

Risk-weighted sampling

We verify a sample that tells you whether the standard is holding regionally. Where it's drifting, we widen.

Over-spec as well as under

Paying for more than the standard is as much a control failure as paying for less. Both get reported.

Commercially usable findings

Standard, deviation, evidence, exposure. That's the difference between a complaint and a claim.

What changes

So that you get exactly what you're paying for, on every site, in every region.
